Notes for the press:
* The Stourbridge Lion, built in Stourbridge in 1828, was the first steam locomotive to operate in the United States, it was also one of the first to operate outside of Britain.
Merlyn Farwell, the magician from Tiswas, designs and makes energy efficient equipment for studio glassmakers from his workshop, Camelot Castle in Stourbridge. He built the replica of the Stourbridge Lion in 2011 and now uses it as a portable base for his smallest combined furnace.
